This is a stained glass morning glory suncatcher that is a part of my flower series, all of which are designed based on real-life flora just outside Willow Deep Studio in the Hudson Valley.
This nature-inspired suncatcher is an original design handcrafted using traditional copper foil stained glass methods. It consists of hand-cut stained glass, copper foil, lead solder, wire and a glass marble.
It is recommended that you hang this piece on a tack or nail above a window or from the latch hardware of a window. Feel free to get creative with other ways to hang your suncatcher, however we do not guarantee a suction cup will be secure enough as it is unreliable and will not support the weight, especially if the glass is not perfectly cleaned first.
Each suncatcher is handmade-to-order and may have slight differences in shape, size and shades of green glass used from the shown image, as stained glass may take on very different shades depending on its environment. Any "imperfections" in the surface are part of the nature of the glass. Each handcrafted piece of stained glass is truly one-of-a-kind!
