SHIPPING

I am usually able to ship within the US in 3-5 business days, but please be advised that each piece is made to order (by my hands only!!) and this time may increase if I run out of stock. I will inform you if I need a bit more time to fulfill your order. I also ship outside the US but will need a bit more time to fulfill these orders as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding as this is a one-woman operation. :)

RETURNS

Willow Deep Studio does its very best to make quality, handmade products that are one-of-a-kind. I want to make sure you are satisfied with your product and will work with you to settle any issue with the product you receive. Please see the below terms:

1. Only products that have an issue with quality can be returned, exchanged, and/or refunded. Willow Deep Studio does not take returns or refund money for any other reason.

2. The most probable issue that may arise is your item arriving broken. While each item is packed with care, it's still glass, and there's only so much of the process we can control! So there's a chance it may break before it arrives to you, and if so, you must contact me within three days of receiving your item with photos of the damage to be eligible for a new item.

2. If you have an issue other than the item being broken, you must contact me within a week of receiving your item. You then have 14 days from the day you have contacted me to return the product in NEW condition with all the original bags/packaging, as it was received. Altered items will not be accepted for a refund. Willow Deep Studio does not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are not returned.

3. Willow Deep Studio does not refund original shipping charges UNLESS your item arrives broken. All other issues with quality will be refunded minus shipping charges.

4. Your refund will be issued once Willow Deep Studio receives the returned product.

To start the return process, please send the following information via email to willowdeepstudio@gmail.com

  1. Contact name and phone number
  2. Invoice number
  3. Description of the problem and reason for return (attach at least one photo of problem or shipping damage)

I will contact you once you have provided all of this information and work with you to make sure you are satisfied. Please DO NOT ship anything to me until you have heard back on how to proceed. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
