Shipping policy
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of one human, working with human hands and a singularly-operated business.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. Please make sure you include your email address in the check-out process to ensure you receive your confirmation. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us at willowdeepstudio@gmail.com for confirmation.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed at check-out, depending on your shipping option of choice.
We ship domestically and to a number of international destinations. Shipping time depends on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at willowdeepstudio@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Free local pick-up is also offered as an option upon check-out. If you live in the Hudson Valley or plan on being in the area at a certain limited time, please contact me and allow 2-3 days for processing the order to be ready for you to pick-up. You will then receive instructions via check-out/email that includes the address and directions for pick-up.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at willowdeepstudio@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at willowdeepstudio@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
